To construct a good argument one must 1st have an accurate hypothesis with points to a reasonable ending.
Facts are less important than thinking skills to an employer because without thinking skills facts are not really useful, and thinking skills are used to solve problems during a job.

3.explore other approaches
4.act on the best strategy
5.look back to evaluate the effects
