-Over-learn material
-Read, discuss, draw
-Categorize the info
Set Goals that are:
-Challenging
-Reasonable
-Specific
Short-Term Memory:
-Fragile
-Has limited capacity
-Can be tricked
Long-Term Memory:
-Procedural memory ("how" of memory)
-Declarative memory ("what" of memory)
-Semantic memory (recall basic facts & ideas)
-Episodic memory (recall personal life)
Master Memorization:
-Pay attention
-Impose organization
-Expand association
